NAT ORGANIC PROVENCE OLIVE OIL is obtained by cold pressing the whole fruit of the organic olive tree (Olea europaea L.) cultivated in Provence, a region of Southern France, according to “Provence olive oil” PDO regulations (Protected Designation of Origin). This PDO guaranties a high quality oil. The oil is then deodorized and protected from oxidation by addition of natural vitamin E.
